1. Separate Outcome Measures: If an outcome measure has multiple sub-measures that need separate evaluation, each will be treated as a separate measure and charged individually.

2. Response Time: Response to WhatsApp and Email inquiries will be provided within 24 to 48 hours on working days.

3. Revisions and Changes : 3 Requests for revisions to data analysis, sample size calculations and writing/editing are included in the plan within 30 days of delivery. After that, any changes will be treated as a new submission. If you need changes based on sample collection feasibility, an extra charge of Rs. 99 will apply.

4. Sample Size Feasibility Option: Choosing the sample size collection feasibility makes us adjusts the parameters to match the requirements. This affects the strength of the Sample Size calculated. Proceed with Caution. 

5. Non-Working Days: Queries received on Sundays and public holidays days will be processed on the next working day. Delivery timeline will be adjusted accordingly

6. Consultation with Biostatistician: A consultation session is available for an additional charge of Rs. 499.

7. Data Curation: Additional charges will apply if the dataset is not properly organized. For more details, please check our Data Curation Service.

8. Changes to Master Charts: Once the master chart is submitted, any changes will require data reprocessing and will be treated as a new request. A 10% discount is available for repeat queries.

9. Data Processing Timeline: Processing starts after we review your query and resolve any doubts. The official timeline begins at 12:00 a.m. the day after the resolution of the queries.

10. Refund Policy: Refunds will be given only if an error in our analysis is proven through a verified re-analysis. If we exceed the agreed delivery time, you will receive a 10% discount coupon for your next purchase.
